General Terms & Conditions

A. Scope of Services

Eleva Events provides bespoke event planning, design, décor, coordination, and management services strictly as outlined in the written quotation shared and approved by the client.

B. Booking & Confirmation

A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the 50% advance payment.

C. Payment Terms

The agreed payment structure is as follows:

  • 50% advance at the time of confirmation
  • 30% payment prior to the Event Date
  • 20% balance payable immediately after the Event

All payments, timelines, and deliverables shall be governed solely by written communication.

D. Cheque Dishonour

In the event of cheque return or dishonour for any reason, the client shall bear all bank charges and applicable penalties. Eleva Events reserves the right to suspend services until all dues are cleared.

E. Changes & Additional Charges

Any changes to the scope, design, date, time, or venue after confirmation are subject to availability and may attract additional charges, payable upon written approval.

F. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the Event Date are not eligible for any refund.
  • In case of postponement, payments may be adjusted to a new date, subject to availability and incurred costs.
  • Payments made to third-party vendors are non-refundable.

G. Third-Party Vendors

Eleva Events acts as a planner and coordinator and shall not be held liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or performance of third-party vendors.

H. Intellectual Property & Promotion

  • All creative concepts, designs, layouts, and styling ideas remain the intellectual property of Eleva Events.
  • Eleva Events may use event images and videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless restricted by written agreement.

I. Client Responsibilities

The client shall ensure timely approvals, information, access, permissions, and necessary arrangements required for smooth execution of the Event.

J. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Eleva Events shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen incidents.

K. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

L. Acceptance

Acceptance of the quotation and/or payment shall be deemed as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether signed or not.
